Vietnam 2014

In 2014, I am embarking on another fantastic experience of the world, this time in Vietnam. This time though, I am travelling as part of a Study Tour with my University. This will probably be a bit different to my normal travel blogs which are full of Theme Parks and family fun, as this trip will have more of a business and study focus. It will also be mainly from my perspective and not from others. I will however endeavor to make the Blog just as fun and as informative as ever.

Adelaide Pre-Departure

Adelaide - Friday 4th April 2014

I am going overseas again! That means another blog, this time from Vietnam!

This one will likely be different from my previous blogs as it will mainly be from my perspective. It is also a study trip and will have less touristy aspects than usual!

I am leaving among a group of 14 students and 2 lecturers tomorrow night. Leading up to this we have had a number of pre-departure lectures and meetings to learn a bit about Vietnam and working/studying in a different culture.

Our first stop is a short one in Singapore on Sunday, where hopefully we will have time for a short tour of a part of the city between our flights.

Hi Nick. Its so quiet here without you. Hope you liked Singapore. Get some sleep. you look tired. We lost basketball but still got our glasses. Will got fouled off and Trin and Andrew had 4 fouls each. Kayla didnt play as was too sick from last night. Love from mum
